The song “Alívio” by singer Jessé Aguiar reached the number one spot on the “Viral 50 Brasil” playlist. Hold on—let us explain what that means! This is the playlist of the most-played songs in Brazil, and we’re not talking about gospel music here, which is why this achievement is incredible! Having a Christian song at the top of the most-streamed songs in Brazil is a wonderful achievement. Keep in mind that we’re the second-largest country in the world for Spotify music consumption, second only to the U.S. Another interesting detail is that this song was released less than two months ago.
